Let me quickly introduce myself. I’m Tracey - GenX mom, former teacher, and proud card-carrying member of the Sandwich Generation. Between juggling grown kids, aging parents, and a life that never seems to slow down, I’ve learned the art of budget-friendly, protein packed meal prep.

The idea for these guides came from two places:

  1. My adult kids begging me to write down their favorite recipes and explained how I stretch groceries so they don’t have to run to the store for every single meal.

  2. Prepping multiple meals at once to take to my parents (because love looks like Tupperware sometimes).

And then it hit me - if my crew needs this, there’s probably college students, busy single professionals, empty nesters, and retirees who want easy, budget-conscious meals without the planning headache. (FYI - this also works for families - you just have to do some basic math to multiple quantities per # of hungry mouths). So, I bundled up my best systems and two stars were born: 3-Day Meal Prep Guide (providing a small sample into the wonderful world of meal prepping) and the 28- Day Planner (where the real benefit and magic of meal prepping shine)
